My experience as student of the Global Bachelor in Marketing has been nothing but amazing. The close relationship with professors, who are extremely engaged and available, is definitely a plus in this program. Why this program?

The global bachelor’s degree in Marketing is designed to meet the challenges of a disruptive and ever-changing global market environment. The course has been developed by academic and industry experts, who will bring the workplace into the classroom with industry insights and contemporary business cases that mirror the rapidly changing environment of the industry, to provide you with a thorough understanding of marketing theories, interdisciplinary techniques and strategies relevant for a successful career in marketing worldwide.

The Global Degree includes an international semester at prestigious international institutions, such as Pace University (New York), DCU (Dublin), EPHEC (Brussels), ESIC Business & Marketing School (Madrid), and SSPU (Shanghai).

With The Global Bachelor in Marketing I will be introduced you to the core concepts underpinning marketing. / I will study modules covering aspects of management and finance, showing how marketing fits into the wider business context. / From branding to business consultancy, I will have opportunities to study every aspect of business and marketing and hone my skills as a future manager. / I will learn to use theories, concepts and contextual knowledge to inform strategic marketing decisions, and help organisations survive, expand and prosper. / I will experience the industry environment through work placement modules, such as Learning Through Work or Creating a Winning Business. / I will gain capabilities such as problem solving, critical self-reflection and other industry related skills.

Students who complete this degree will be able to:

  • Manage marketing projects effectively at both the individual and team level, in a wide range of marketing roles in business or organisational practices, as well as in postgraduate education.
  • Identify, critically evaluate evidence and use best practices to develop socially-responsible and sustainable decisions that inform strategies pertaining to marketing challenges.
  • Make informed decisions to solve complex marketing problems by integrating and analyzing multiple data sources in an efficient manner.
  • Persuasively present findings on market data, recommendations and marketing strategies using a range of digital and social media.
  • Address marketing problems at a domestic and global level by using adequate data in the development and implementation of relevant strategies.
  • Critically evaluate and integrate management and marketing theory into decision-making and recommendations in a variety of business settings.

Who is it for?

In order to succeed, marketers have to respond to the ever-evolving needs of their customers and stakeholders, and the dynamics of the marketplace.

After high school, students might choose to enroll in a Bachelor of Marketing Studies program if they have the necessary creative qualities, teamwork spirit, and good communication skills.

This course is also available to those who want to pursue an MBA or other equivalent program after their undergraduate degree.

Candidates with business startup aspirations may also select the Global Bachelor in Marketing.

Where?

The innovative, disruptive and avant-garde spirit has been part of IPAM‘s DNA since its genesis. And Marketing has been, since then, for IPAM the cornerstone that makes this institution the oldest and largest school of Marketing in Portugal.

Until recently it was the “school of marketing”, but the IPAM‘s evolution and connection to the market and trends has given marketing a new dimension: “Marketing Leads Business”, making concrete the conviction that the future disruptive leaders capable of transforming businesses and society through a vision of marketing are trained at IPAM.

| Simulation of business reality. This call for applications for Bachelor’s degree, under the International Student statute, is addressed to students who are not Portuguese nationals and are not nationals of an EU Member State.

If you have completed your secondary education and have a diploma of entry to university studies in your country, you can apply.

If you have the equivalent of high school and your grades will be published in July 2024, you can apply.

We welcome applicants without traditional entry qualifications as we base decisions on our own assessment of qualifications. The application process is restricted by vacancies and the suitability of the candidate’s profile for the bachelor program.

Applicants must show proof of proficiency in English (English is your first language or you have previously studied in English, or you have one of the following certificates: B2 in First or FCE; IELTS above 5.5; or TOEFL above 72).

  1. Application form duly completed; Application Form_Undergraduate Business programs
  2. Copy of personal identification document or passport, which expressly sets out the applicant’s nationality;
  3. Digital photograph;
  4. Transcript of the last two years;
  5. Copy of diplomas/education certificates/training, namely the qualification giving access to higher education in the country of origin or equivalent qualification;
  6. Curriculum Vitae
  7. Covering letter: on one page, you should mention the main reasons for your interest in the degree you are applying for, with your strengths, interests and expectations;
  8. Proof of proficiency in English.

Note: In the event of admission, the applicant must submit/deliver the originals of the documents referred or certified copies thereof, by the control entity where the document was issued, until the registration period. The documents referred to in point 5) of the preceding paragraphs must be translated into Portuguese or English, if they are not issued in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish; and endorsed by the consular service or presented with an apostille (Hague convention) issued by the State Authority from which the document is original.

Applications for the Bachelor in Marketing must be submitted to the following email address admissions@inodev.tn. Submitting the application form entails a non-refundable cost. The examination of the application begins upon receipt of payment of the application fee of 600 TND.

1st round Call for application from Early January 2nd to February 15th, 2024

Competitiveness increases as applications are being evaluated and conditional offers are given. Therefore, we strongly advise you to submit your application, as soon as possible.

Once you submit your application, it undergoes an initial review by INODEV and then, in a second stage, is forwarded to the program director who will evaluate it to ensure that the program corresponds to your objectives and profile.

  • Interview with INODEV academic coordinator (Face-to-face): From January 3rd, 2024;

INODEV will notify you of the outcome of your application. In some cases, you may be asked to submit additional information. Applicants will obtain a formal response after the end of the respective round. If you are accepted, INODEV will issue your conditional offer or acceptance letter. Then, we will contact you with information on pre-program preparation.
